Program Overview
The Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ethics & Management is a faith-based undergraduate program designed to develop foundational knowledge in Christian ethics, organizational management, business practices, human resources, communication, economics, and financial analysis. The program integrates biblical principles and Christian ethical reasoning with practical management knowledge, preparing students to examine organizational decisions through both responsible management practices and a distinctly Christian worldview. Students study Christian and business ethics alongside business management, human psychology, human resources management, business communication, economics, and financial analysis. Through these areas of study, students develop an understanding of how ethical principles influence leadership, workplace relationships, organizational decision-making, resource management, communication, and responsible stewardship. The program emphasizes ethical judgment, biblical integration, critical thinking, responsible management, and the application of Christian principles within ministry, nonprofit, entrepreneurial, and organizational environments. Students demonstrate their integration of the major areas of study through the Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ethics & Management Final Comprehensive Examination.
